Production lead times. Days marked in red are vacation and holiday periods at our workshop in Europe — orders placed during these windows queue and start production on the next working day.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every in-stock order — no minimum, tracked, and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
In stock — Elevated Collection
In-stock pairs ship free within 1 — 2 business days from our European warehouse, with tracked delivery.
Made-to-Order — Quick (2 days)
Production takes 2 business days at the atelier, then the pair is dispatched. Shipping for made-to-order pairs is confirmed with you before production begins.
Made-to-Order — Atelier Standard (25 days)
The atelier requires 25 days to produce. We will send a photograph of your finished pair before shipping.

Where we ship
Mael Labb ships worldwide. Some destinations may incur additional customs duties and taxes, payable on delivery. We declare the full purchase price on customs forms in line with European regulations.
Returns
In-stock pairs
Return for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. The shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with all packaging intact. Try them on a clean surface — soles that have touched the street can't be returned.
Return shipping is at your own expense. We ship your order to you for free, but the cost of sending a pair back to us is not covered — you arrange and pay for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund an item we don't receive.
Made-to-Order
Made-to-Order pairs are non-returnable as each is built specifically for you. If there is a manufacturing defect we will replace the pair at no cost. Email us within 7 days of receipt with photographs.
How to start a return
- Email hello@maellabb.com with your order number.
- We'll confirm the return address within one business day.
- Ship the unworn shoes (with shoe trees, dust bag, and box) back to us using a tracked service, at your own cost.
- Once we receive them, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Treat it as a return and place a new order — exchanges are processed faster this way, and your sizing question stops being your problem at the moment you ship the box back to us.
